Welcome to Al-Takween School
Schools were established in (1990 AD) under the name
(Tariq Bin Ziyad Private School) in the town of Al-Basit of the state of Barka as a
private school operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and
applying governmental curricula.
The school's geographical
location is characterized by its calm and proximity to the seashore and its distance
from the main street, which makes the educational learning environment in the school
quiet, safe and stimulating for academic achievement.
The main tributaries of the school are: Barka - Al-Seeb - Nakhl - Al-Masn'a - Wadi
Al-Maawil - Al-Rustaq ... and others.
At the beginning of the
school year (1996 AD), the school adopted a bilingual program to work in conjunction
with a monolingual program to the year (2012) where the monolingual program was canceled
so that the school would operate with a bilingual program only from kindergarten to
eighth grade.

the Board of Trustees and Parents Council
in according to the work regulations.
